Probation Services

Probation is responsible for monitoring individuals' compliance with probation conditions and assisting them in fulfilling their obligations.  Probation Counselors play a crucial role in the rehabilitative process and ensuring public safety.

Conditions of supervision vary and may include jail time, fines, restitution, community service, treatment, and rehabilitative classes.  A violation hearing may be scheduled if an individual does not comply with court ordered conditions.

Probation appointments

Probation appointments are held in person or by telephone. Please allow one hour for your first probation appointment. The remaining appointments will last approximately 10-20 minutes depending upon individual needs.  It is the probationer’s responsibility to know when the appointment is scheduled.

If you have questions regarding your probation conditions, please call and leave a message at 360 913-3796. Messages are reviewed throughout the day.
