The primary purpose of the P3 committee is to review and advise upon matters of policy assigned by the City Council involving the physical and economic development of the city as well as matters involving planning for transportation systems and facilities, as well as City infrastructure, and including water and sewer utilities, parks and recreation, and property management, sales, and acquisitions.
Fourth Tuesday of each month; 6 pm. Meetings are being held in hybrid format. In person at City Hall as well as virtual via Zoom meeting platform. See below for details.

Pursuant to Council Rules of Procedure and the 2022 Open Public Meetings Act update, the Monroe City Council meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Councilmembers, staff and members of the public may participate in Monroe City Council meetings both in-person and remotely.
